Metal Workshop
Metal is an age-old tradition; Palladio Concept, thanks to its workshops, creates custom works to make your environments unique. Precisely for this reason, the workshop is divided into two clearly delineated departments to guarantee the client exactly what he or she wants.
The structural carpentry workshop ( staircases, mezzanines, walkways, large or complex shaped structures ) boasts a highly qualified and certified staff, as well as a full fleet of machinery ( waterjet cutting, bending machine, calender, satin-finishing machine, welding machines ) to meet all requirements.
In the artistic carpentry workshop, on the other hand, skilful hands work and shape metal ( brass, steel, iron, bronze, copper… ) with the aim of giving life to the customer’s ideas and creativity, providing furniture complements of absolute quality.
For the art department, Palladio Concept also invests in the latest facilities and equipment (two machining centers as well as laser, satin-finisher, polisher, bending machine) to keep the workshop at the forefront in order to give customers quick and qualitative answers.

In house labs for every need
Our joinery lab is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery (presses, edge banding, sizing, and painting machines). These facilities are great to produce custom-made furniture for retail, offices, and high-end residential solutions.
In this department, the traditional artisans’ know-how meets the support of technology, providing the top quality results that our clients ask for.
We have an internal coating lab because we want to follow the process directly, reducing the production time.
Two coating centers with three application booths allow us to treat internally both metallic and wooden complements.
Starting from the easiest finishes to the more lucid and delicate paints, our artisans use their knowledge to fulfill the most challenging requests.
The most refined and demanding palates find their heaven in our 2000 sqm atelier, where endless possibilities of finishes can be selected.
The lab has been opened in 2015 because of our clients’ request to personalizing their projects with new materials. Here technical needs meet aesthetic challenges to provide unique solutions.
The R&D department designs new materials and guides the production processes. Synergies between development and production give concrete and quick answers to all the most complex requests. The results are unreplicable surfaces, flooring, or pieces of furniture.
