Realization of the complete concept and of a monolithic staircase. Floors and walls have been made with a low thickness finish. The staircase design has been very complex because the insertion of a concrete structure was initially planned, but it had not obtained the approval of the structural engineer for reasons of weight and safety.

The problem was brilliantly solved with the construction of a metal staircase designed and built by our in-house carpentry. We anchored the stairs to the ground and we covered it in cement with a Semola and “Trachyte Euganea” effect. Our company then carried out all the static studies and checks on solicitation, receiving the approval of the structural engineer. We inserted an element with a scenographic impact, but infinitely lighter and safer than the initial concrete structure.
